Many people expect change to just happen, they rarely think about the fact that change takes some level of work. Consider the caterpillar’s metamorphosis into a butterfly, the creature must first intake enough food to endure the stay in the cocoon then it must craft the cocoon to facilitate its change.

Step one of making a “new you” is actually deciding who you are going to be, then taking the appropriate steps to plan out how you can become that person. If you want to get in shape, get on a workout plan, nothing kills goals like lack of preparation. The next step should be making small changes that get you closer to your final goal. The benefit of reaching these small goals is it helps keep you motivated while keeping your destination in mind. I will leave you with this, whatever you want to do this year, make sure everything counts toward your future and leads to where you want to be. I will be dropping a short blog here everyday so check daily, or weekly. Thanks for reading.
